Shipping and Returns
Returns Policy:
We want you to love and enjoy your products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase for another reason or you wish to apply for a refund, please contact us on info@amieemarie.co.nz. Please note any returns must be conducted within 14 days of receipt.
Please ensure that returns are well packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost or damaged return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Product:
If you have a problem with any product purchased from us at any time please let us know. If your product is determined to be defective by the manufacturer we will replace it.
Shipping times:
All shipping indications on this website are based on average shipping times for the stated product, where customers have supplied the correct information and full payment validated. Amiee Marie Face will endeavour to meet these shipping schedules however Amiee Marie Face cannot be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete information, courier delays or product shortages.
